1. The company has its own administrative buildings; its own garage,
located on 17 decares with an established infrastructure; halls, workshops,
etc.
2. Its own heavy-duty and large dimensional equipment:
- crawler-mounted excavators - LIEBHERR, CATERPILLAR, EWK with buckets
for angle of reposing, as well as with buckets for excavation works
- wheel excavators - LIEBHERR, ATLAS, O&K, all of them equipped
with hydraulic hammers and buckets for excavation with width from 0.40
to 1.20, Bobcat with a hydraulic hammer and a bucket, Grader, Bulldozer
DT75, etc.
- joint loaders - LIEBHERR, KOMATSU and TO18
- cutters for asphalt and steam-rollers BOMAG and HAAM
- lorries MAN and MERCEDES - dumpers with useful weigh from 10 to 40
tones and tractors with platforms for transportation of equipment from
20 to 40 tones.

4. Komunal LTD. works in teamwork under projects for overhaul
and construction of roads and together with its partners it has:
- asphalt spreading machine - new /2005/, Vogele, SUPER S1800-1, mass
AB500 to 6.5 m and VOGELE V - TRONIK electronics with exploitation capacity
of 600 t/hour;
- asphalt spreading machines Vogel, with electronics with exploitation
capacity of 200 t/hour;
- steam-rollers from 3 to 20 tons, automobiles with feed-tanks for hot
bitumen with electrical heating and electronics, equipped with traffic
diverting board;
- light reflectors
- asphalt circular saws
- mechanical brooms with emulsion proportioning devices
- grouting equipment with proportioning devices
- trailers - boards with traffic diverting signs, combined light boards
/arrows/
- auto cranes, etc.
5. The company is negotiating the purchasing of new equipment for
asphalt impregnating, steam-rollers, dumpers MAN and MERCEDES and other
equipment
